The room had central heating, a safe box, and a TV, and it was exceptionally nice and bright. the breakfast at the hotel restaurant was great, catering to every taste. - the staff was good, providing nice service throughout our stay. - the location was marvelous and super, being close to a metro station.

It is close to a metro station, a supermarket and small shops. The free wi-fi internet is great at the lobby. The complimentary breakfast is very good.

I had a great stay at a lower mid level hotel in Moscow. The room was spacious and comfortable, with a reasonable shower. The breakfast had a good variety of options, including delicious cheese. The wifi was reliable and the staff were helpful. I would recommend this hotel.

It is very diffcult to find the point... It was not very bad, but...

This is very Soviet style hotel. The facilities were poor, and the hotel staff were not try to help customer's inquiries. The reception had many staff though the size of hotel was not so big. And almost of them were just standing or chatting, or even played PC game during my checkin. The room had no internet connection. When I wanted to do internet in the robby, the staff commanded me to move to other crowded seat in spite of sitting free seat. I think they think guests are not thier customer. I stayed more than 20 hotels in Moscow, and I felt this was number-one Soviet hotel.

The rooms are spacious, clean, and have internet; the meals are delicious and superb; and it's conveniently located near a metro station in a unique and beautiful area.

Condition of the room was really bad. Not like in 3 stars hotel. It was old kinda dirty and need to be reconstructed

The reservation was not reflected in hotel database (not only my reservation was not there, but another client with an online reservation had the same problem). The staff was not even aware of the fact that online booking is legitimate. They would not take a printout from Booked.net for a proof of reservation. It took me 30 minutes to argue with them, at the midnight during a quite challenging business trip. They also lied that no rooms were available. No action was taken to resolve the situation other than trying to percuade me to leave. After 30 minutes of arguments they agreed to give me exactly the room I ordered (after insisting they do nogt have one), for cash only and for a higher price than one listed on my reservation.

The blackout curtains in the units were great. the breakfast offered was incredible with options for every taste. - the location was exceptionally nice, just minutes away from a subway station which made getting around absolutely perfect.

Not bad bar with friendly staff and cheap prices (cheap for Moscow - that means, you pay about 20-30 euro per person). As I left hotel at evening (not at the next morning) receptionist asked me if I need some "travel food", it was nice.

One of the worst Russian hotels I ever lived in (and I lived in lots of them). The furniture is extremly cheap, bathroom with broken equipment. Bed is very uncomfortable. The staff at reception was highly unfriendly. As I forgot so called "hotel ID" - a funny piece of paper with a number of my room, staff refused to give me my room key even after I presented my passport! Then I was lectured in highly unfriendly form, that I "must" carry it with me and "if you don't like it, we don't need you as a guest". Guests are controlled at the lobby by soviet-style guards, who examine that "hotel ID card" like KGB-guards. Then you are controlled by an old lady at your floor, who ask you: "do you live here?! what room number?". Really crazy.

The value for money at this hotel was excellent and the room was clean and comfortable. The location was convenient, close to the metro and a short ride to the city center. The staff was friendly and attentive, making our stay enjoyable.

The food for breakfast could have had more vegetarian options and clearer ingredient labeling.

    Ничего / Nothing

Rooms were renovated some 15 years ago. It was four of us in different rooms and all of the were shitty. And these are not the cheapest category but second and third
